The Italian bass-baritone, known for his dynamic stagecraft and handsome tone, reveals his favorite role to perform (not a comic one!) and picks the best act of a Mozart opera.
Next batter up: it’s the Robert Watson. The young Heldentenor, recently heard as The Prince in Rusalka at Santa Fe Opera, just completed his Lyric Opera of Chicago debut as Erik in The Flying Dutchman.
